Our Service

AC provides this site as part of an introductory service that aims to put you in touch with a specialist financial litigation solicitor without delay. We will not charge you anything for doing this. Solicitors on our panel pay a financial contribution to our marketing costs and the up-keep of this website, in order for us to provide this service.

We receive payments from third-party law firms to whom we refer claims. We do not charge you fees for our services. We are a claims management company.

Typically, customers pay 25% to 30% including VAT of the compensation amount that is recovered by our third-party law firms, although this is subject to your individual circumstances and the actual fee may be more or less than this.

Further details about our arrangement with panel firms are available on request. AC are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice.

Any resulting contract that you enter into for legal services will be with one of our panel solicitors, not AC. AC, therefore, do not accept any responsibility or related liability for any advice given to you or other work carried out on your behalf, by our panel solicitors, or any other solicitor that you chose to appoint. You are under no obligation to instruct one or any of our panel solicitors.

If we feel we are unable to help you, we will let you know, and of course, you are free to seek advice elsewhere.
